GSong.ai is an AI song and music generation service operated by QLian I.O.T US LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Refund Policy applies to paid GSong.ai subscriptions, subscription renewals and one-time purchases, including credit packs.
Read this policy together with the GSong.ai Terms of Service. For refund matters, this policy takes precedence over inconsistent refund wording in those Terms, subject to applicable law and the binding terms of the seller or purchase channel identified at checkout and on your receipt.
Voluntary Refund Eligibility
GSong.ai offers a voluntary refund option for purchases and subscription renewals when both of the following conditions are met:

Within 24 hours
Submit your refund request within 24 hours after the relevant GSong.ai purchase or renewal payment.

Credit usage limit
Fewer than 2 credits
Fewer than 2 credits have been consumed on the relevant GSong.ai account between that payment and submission of your refund request.
Credit usage before the relevant purchase or renewal is not counted. Eligible refunds may be full or partial, as explained in Refund Amounts. Please stop using the paid benefits covered by your request while it is being reviewed; any later use will be considered only where a lawful, proportionate deduction is permitted.
Outside these voluntary conditions, GSong.ai does not provide a refund solely because of a change of mind, unused credits, failure to cancel before renewal, or a musical preference where the service was supplied as described. This does not affect refunds or other remedies required by law or binding purchase-channel rules.
The 24-hour and credit-usage limits apply only to GSong.ai’s voluntary refund option. They do not limit statutory withdrawal rights, remedies for faulty or undelivered services, or any greater protection that applies to your purchase.
Statutory Rights and Purchase-Channel Protections
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights. If applicable law or binding purchase-channel terms provide a longer request period or additional protections, those provisions take precedence over GSong.ai’s voluntary conditions. Their eligibility rules, refund amounts and deadlines apply to the transaction.
European Union, EEA and United Kingdom
Where the applicable distance-contract rules give you a right of withdrawal, you generally have 14 days from entering into the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. A longer period applies if required by law, including where mandatory withdrawal information was not properly provided.
For digital content supplied without a physical medium, that right may end when supply begins only if you first expressly consented to early supply, acknowledged the loss of the right, and received the confirmation required by law. Accepting this policy, accessing an account or consuming credits does not by itself establish that these requirements were met.
For a service started during the withdrawal period at your express request, a proportionate charge for what was actually provided may be payable only where legally permitted and properly disclosed. Starting an ongoing subscription does not itself mean the service has been fully performed. Loss of the withdrawal right for a fully performed service requires the consent, acknowledgement and other conditions required by law.
Brazil
Where Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code applies, you may withdraw from an online purchase within 7 days of signing the contract or receiving the product or service, as applicable. Amounts due must be returned promptly as required by that law; our voluntary limits do not override this right.
Australia and other regions
Australian consumer guarantees apply where required and cannot be excluded. Depending on the problem, remedies may include correction, a price reduction, cancellation, a refund or compensation. Consumers elsewhere retain all mandatory rights available under their applicable local laws.
A refund request submitted within an applicable period is assessed under the rules that create the entitlement. GSong.ai will not impose a usage deduction where a full refund is required, or use this policy to remove remedies for services that are faulty, not delivered or materially different from what was promised.
Refund Amounts
A refund may be full or partial, depending on the applicable entitlement and any permitted deduction for services already provided. GSong.ai may decline a request if no refund is due under this policy, applicable law or binding purchase-channel rules.
Credit and membership usage
Where permitted, we may take account of documented credit consumption, the portion of the subscription period already provided and other paid benefits actually delivered in connection with the payment being refunded.
Any deduction must be lawful and proportionate, using the applicable calculation rules and the price agreed at purchase. Any separate allocation of the price to credits or other benefits must have been disclosed before purchase. We will not deduct twice for the same service, and we will explain the basis and calculation of any partial refund.
Statutory and purchase-channel refunds
Where advance information, an express request or consent is required before services begin, we will make a deduction only if those requirements have been met. Credit usage or access to premium features does not, by itself, remove statutory rights. Any amount required by law or binding purchase-channel rules will be refunded in accordance with them.
Subscription Cancellation and Renewals
GSong.ai subscriptions renew automatically at the billing interval and price disclosed at checkout unless cancelled. One-time credit purchases do not create a recurring subscription.
You can cancel through your GSong.ai account settings or the subscription-management link supplied with your purchase. You can also request cancellation by emailing [email protected] or submitting the form in the GSong.ai Help Center. For an app-store purchase, use that store’s subscription controls; we can help identify the correct route.
Cancel before the next scheduled renewal charge to prevent that renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal payments; paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation alone does not create a refund for that period. A renewal payment may still qualify under the voluntary conditions above or applicable statutory or purchase-channel protections.
Stopping use of GSong.ai or deleting songs does not cancel a subscription. If you close your account, address any active subscription through the cancellation controls or contact GSong.ai support at the same time so future billing can be stopped.
Service Problems and Billing Errors
If a purchased GSong.ai service is not delivered, does not work as described, consumes credits for a failed generation, or involves an incorrect or duplicate charge, contact [email protected] or the GSong.ai Help Center. Include the affected order or song details, if available, so we can investigate.
Where the law allows, we may first correct the problem, provide the missing service or restore incorrectly deducted credits within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. Where a refund, price reduction or other remedy is required, we will provide it. We will not require you to accept replacement credits instead of a legally required monetary refund unless you agree.
These claims are assessed separately from the voluntary 24-hour and credit-usage limits. AI-generated music can vary, but this does not remove your rights if the service is defective or materially fails to match its description.
How to Request a Refund
Send your refund or statutory withdrawal request to the GSong.ai support team using either of these methods:

Identify your GSong.ai payment
Include your name, GSong.ai account email, payment date and order number or receipt if available. If the checkout email differs from your account email, include both. Other information that identifies the payment is acceptable if you cannot find the order number.

State what you are requesting
Tell us whether you want a refund, to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, to stop subscription renewals, or more than one of these. A clear statement of withdrawal is sufficient; no particular form or reason is required to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal. For a technical or billing problem, a short explanation helps us investigate.

Submit within the applicable deadline
For a voluntary refund, send your request within 24 hours of the payment. Statutory and purchase-channel requests follow their respective deadlines. We assess timeliness by when you submit the request, not when our team replies. If the online form is unavailable, email [email protected].
If an app store, authorised reseller or merchant of record is the seller shown on your receipt, its refund procedures and binding buyer terms also apply. GSong.ai will assist with the appropriate process, and the seller may need to issue the refund. Contacting us does not restrict any right to submit a request directly through your purchase channel.
Please do not send passwords, complete card numbers or card security codes.
Processing Refunds
GSong.ai will review your request promptly and inform you of the outcome by email. We may request reasonable information to identify and verify your payment. This does not extend a mandatory legal deadline. If a refund is due, we will confirm the amount and explain any permitted deduction.
Refunds will be issued without undue delay and within all applicable legal or binding purchase-channel deadlines. Where a 14-day statutory withdrawal reimbursement deadline applies, the refund will be issued within 14 calendar days of being informed of the withdrawal, or sooner if required by law.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another lawful method that does not impose a fee on you. A legally required monetary refund will not be replaced with GSong.ai credits without your agreement. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund in your account.
When a refund is issued, the paid access and unused credits associated with the refunded purchase may be removed or adjusted to reflect the refund. A fully refunded subscription will be cancelled so it does not renew. We will explain the effect of a partial refund on any continuing subscription or benefits.
Changes to This Policy
GSong.ai may update this policy from time to time. The version disclosed and applicable to the relevant purchase or renewal governs that transaction, subject to any notice, consent or other requirements of applicable law. Changes will not retrospectively remove an existing refund entitlement. The date above indicates when this policy was last updated.
